Shipping
All Silver Basket items will be sent out to you free of charge. It usually takes 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated, to receive your parcel. Larger animals will take longer to arrive as each one is crafted to order.
Your order will usually take one day to process and pack and then it is sent straight to your door. We send Silver Basket items by either recorded Royal Mail or by next day courier. All shipments will require a signature on delivery and usually cannot be left with a neighbour.
We email all customers on the day the order leaves so that you can plan your time around the postman.
Returns
We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. All animals below £195.00 can be returned for a full refund. However, it is essential that you return the item in a condition suitable for re-sale. (Please include all original documents and packaging). To receive a refund it is essential that you notify us by email within seven working days of receiving your goods. We will email you once the product arrives safely with us and will then process your return promptly. Your money will be returned to your card or PayPal account within the following 3 working days.
Animals that are custom made for you (requiring 2-4 weeks manufacture time) can only be refunded on return if there is a manufacturing fault with the item.
Receipts & VAT
When you make an order you will receive a full receipt by email. Silver Basket is not VAT registerd so your order will not include a VAT element to your purchase price.
